ABOUT SHIPPING

NOTE: Nowadays, due to the current situation, we are shipping "worldwide ONLY" from our overseas warehouse!

Delivery time vary on each product and your country as well. You can see more information in the product description.

Average Worldwide delivery time is between 5-25 business days (Due to high demand and the decrease of the numbers of parcels sent worldwide, some shipments may take slightly longer... For this reason we politely ask all customers to please allow 35 business days before contacting us regarding shipping.

If you are from The US (and the order is also shipped from the US) the shipping times are between 2 to 4 business days on average. We ask all customers to please allow 7 business days before contacting us regarding shipping. 

If you are from Europe (and the order is also shipped from any country in Europe) the shipping times are between 1 to 10 business days on average depending your country.

We ask all customers to please allow 15 business days before contacting us regarding shipping. 

If after that amount of days the shipment has still not arrived please let us know and we will look into it for you.

It depends, most of the times we can rush it to you! Please contact us if you need something special in your order! We are here to help you!

We ship worldwide!
Some products can't be shipped to Kuwait, Greenland, Hawaii, and Iceland. If your country isn't one of those, we can deliver our products to you!

But we ship to most countries in the world. In case we can't ship to your country, we'll give you a FULL refund and notify you instantly.

There are 2 options:

1) It hasn't been enough time since your purchase. Usually the tracking info appear online between 5-10 days. 

2) We are using a double shipping method to deliver your product to your country as soon as possible. We ship it from our warehouses overseas without tracking code (to avoid delays in logistics) and then a local courier (USPS in the US) takes the item and delivers it to you within a few days.

First of all, please contact us, we will look into it! If you don't receive it at all, we will give you a FULL refund. Please read more information about this topic in the refund policy.

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

ABOUT MY ORDER

We can only change orders that have not been shipped yet.


Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a notification with the tracking code. Usually, we process and send the products within 1-3 days, it may vary, but if we already dispatched your order, we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support.

When you pay via PayPal express the shipping address is taken from your PayPal account so you don't have to fill out the forms...

Please check the delivery address inside your PayPal account make sure it is correct, if not please contact us and provided the order has not already been dispatched we may be able to change the address for you.

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Look at your spam folder if you can't find the order confirmation email.

Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster...

This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

ABOUT PAYMENTS

We accept payment via Credit/debit cards, PayPal. We DO NOT accept Cash On Delivery.

Credit & Debit card payments via our payment gateway

To pay by debit or credit card via PayPal, checkout as normal and click the “proceed to PayPal” button on the checkout page. On the next page below the “login” button you will see a link “pay with a debit or credit card”

We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart may be displayed in several currencies depending on your location, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

We deliver the product to you, using a low customs value to avoid delays in customs.
Some countries may require an "international tax or fee "For "importing goods". If the country you live in, take these, they will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order. (Most of our customers never got a requirement to pay that)

Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

To ask for a return, please contact our support team.

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns

In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

OTHER QUESTIONS

We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name. However, we do have several distributors in Europe, the US, Asia(China and Thailand), and Canada. 
Under normal situations we have stock in these countries!

We guarantee any of our products, sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
